In an effort to keep our members up to date on what the FHA Board has been doing, we are going to provide a bullet list of the important and interesting things that happened at the last Board Meeting. Here is what happened at the November 9th, 2015 meeting.
- Teddie Hathaway from East Pier gave a report to the Board on the anchor-out situation on Richardson Bay. On behalf of the FHA she will be attending meetings being put on by the Richardson's Bay Regional Agency on how to better control the expanding fleet of vessels moored in Richardson Bay.
- Zero Waste Marin will be asked to make a presentation at the FHA Annual Meeting in February. The Board agreed to the purchase of small composting bags that will be given out to members at the meeting.
- Handouts for emergency preparedness were distributed to Board members. The handouts will also be distributed to the docks and available at the Annual Meeting.
